How do I place a rush order?

To place a rush order simply select "I need it Now!" while building your custom Greek letter apparel. This will increase your purchase price, so only select this option of you really need your apparel fast.

Be sure when adding an item to your cart with rush production you add all items in your cart as a rush order, otherwise your rush order will not be processed as a rush, this is because not all apparel can be rushed due to changing inventories and different production and decoration methods.

Do you guarantee it will be ready to ship in 2-business days?

While we can't guarantee your order will be ready to ship in 2-business days you can rest easy knowing that if we don't ship your order in time we'll refund your additional rush order fee. So there's no worrying!

Can you tell me how long my order will take with rush production?

If you give us a call during normal business hours (9AM-5PM EST Monday-Friday) we can give an estimation of when your order will be complete, or if you'd prefer you can start a live chat or e-mail us. Most orders placed after 12PM during normal hours of operation will be processed the following day.
